I'd go for this one:

Any other ideas?

Damn it. It's not like Rob's head wasn't big enough already.

Seriously, thanks much. Perhaps we can open it up every few months for new pic suggestions, making sure we give each "era" its due.

Ahem; good suggestion!

1968 Jerry with striped pants, THIN frame, and long hair, sans beard.

You can't beat that look, IMHO. [see Monte pics for examples]

EDIT: oh, furgitaboutit. "head", "size", etc; thought better of it...

Even with your edit, I'm still goint to post the reply:

"Good suggestion..." Does that refer to Rob's gigantic head, or the rotating picture suggestions? Or perhaps its referring to pictures of Gigantic Rob's Rotating Head. Or maybe....

Phew. I was able to stop myself before it got WAY out of hand.
Yeah, I know. You've never known me to let it get out of my hand...period.

Well, well, well...a hearty "good job!" is in order here.

Though it was fun "trying to find Phil" for a day or two, eh?

Nice shot! Attached, I've got it prepped with stealie, sized exactly as they need it, and I've done just the slightest retouching to bring out Phil and Mickey's faces just a little.

If the Archive allowed it, I would prefer an animated gif that would show the band's various incarnations over time, a bow to fans of Pig, Brent et al.

That's a great picture, except that it's not very Mickey-friendly.

Finding a good live shot of the whole band is no easy task - well not in a five minute poke through the interweb anyway...

Phil just looks so natural - and you can hardly tell this photo was doctored at all. So damn realistic. I vote for mine.

Maybe Monte could do an animation flipping between the new one, this one, and a whole bunch of shots of Phil in weird hats. And he could get Bob to dance back and forth. Or maybe climb a tower.
